PAAR Keys to HomeOwnership June 2010
PAAR has partnered with METEC, FICRAC & the Keys to homeownership program for the past year.
PAAR firmly believes that the more educated & knowledgeable buyers are about their finances and the home buying process, the less work required by REALTORS® and Lenders to get them into a home and ensure that they will remain in the home for as long as they like.
Whether it’s a first-time buyer or someone who hasn’t purchased a home in many years, this program is a great tool to help them better understand the home buying process and make sound financial decisions.
The Keys to Homeownership class helps educate buyers about the process before, during and after purchasing a home! This class also complies with many grant obligations for acquiring pre-purchase education. Attendees will also receive a workbook to keep and a certificate of completion. To register buyers have them call METEC at 309.676.3832. The cost is just $25.00 for an individual or $40.00 for a couple.
